Dennis James
Dennis is an experienced educator and a proven successful leader. He has many years experience as a School Principal in Australia and as an Executive Director of Schools.
Dennis was appointed to the position of In-Country Manager in Qatar where he led consultants from around the world in the effective implementation of school reform.
More recently, Dennis has worked for the University of Sunshine Coast (USC) in the capacity of Coordinator of Education Partnerships and Professional Learning.
His work encompassed building partnerships with schools and education providers across Queensland, the coordination of all aspects of Student Professional Experience and the introduction of Learning Lounges and Twilight Seminars for classroom teachers and pre-service teachers.
In recent times Dennis worked with USC researchers to further promote opportunities for teachers in rural and remote locations. The completed paper was recently published in the Australian Journal of Teacher Education.

Margaret James
Margaret's highly successful career in education is evidenced by the manner in which she has implemented school improvement agendas from Early Childhood to Senior Secondary years resulting in students consistently achieving outstanding outcomes.
In 2017 Margaret (Margi) was nominated for the inaugural John Laing Institute Professional Development Awards designed to acknowledge principals in every state and territory of Australia who demonstrate outstanding leadership in providing professional learning in schools.
She has expertise in the design and implementation of school curriculum and teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of every student from the Preparatory Year through to the Middle Phase of Learning and Senior Schooling.
Her ability to build the capacity of teachers and school leaders is evidenced by the recognised success of students in the schools she has led and the expert practice of teaching and leadership team staff.
Margi has proven success as a School Principal and International presenter on school reform and leadership.
